Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in presales engineering or technical sales within the software industry. Strong understanding of software solutions, ideally within the Indian market, is required, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under tight deadlines, and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations are also necessary.
The Senior Presales Engineer will engage with prospective clients to gather technical and business requirements to develop tailored solutions, create and deliver high-quality product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate solutions, and support the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other client queries effectively. They will also contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to bidding and tender management.
