Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with 3-6 years of experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, or solution engineering. Essential technical knowledge includes enterprise IT stacks like .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Cloud & On-Prem models. The ability to design and communicate solution architectures through diagrams and visuals is crucial, alongside excellent technical writing and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Familiarity with GCC government RFPs and enterprise-level tendering processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Senior Presales Engineer will analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tenders to extract requirements, scope, and compliance criteria, then develop solutioning approaches and map requirements to suitable technology stacks. They will prepare complete proposal responses, including technical writeups and supporting documentation, and draw high-level solution architecture diagrams, workflows, and deployment models. This role involves highlighting differentiators, innovations, and value propositions relevant to each engagement, ensuring proposals align with government standards, security requirements, and best practices across various IT domains.
