Requirements

  • Demonstrable success running high-performing PPC accounts (preferably in B2B) and prior experience managing people
  • Experienced in executing high-performing display (DV360), demand generation, and PMax/paid social (Meta) campaigns
  • Familiar with managing external agency partners who deliver a portion of paid social and display activity
  • Knowledgeable in using bid management tools (SA360) and automation technologies to drive efficiencies
  • A naturally innovative thinker who can look outside the box to gain a competitive edge
  • A flexible and tenacious leader with a strong focus on delivery and the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and strategy of PPC, display, and paid social channels, owning key OKRs
  • Oversee media campaigns (including budgets over £5 million) and ensure activity is aligned with customer priorities
  • Manage and collaborate closely with two team members and key stakeholders across data science, operations, product, and marketing
  • Own the overall responsibility for managing bid management tools (SA360) and technology to facilitate PPC optimisation and activation
  • Work alongside product managers and customer insight teams to ensure activity is perfectly implemented for customers
  • Drive the testing schedule to boost performance, participate in new beta opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition
