Requirements

  • In-depth experience managing Enterprise-level, strategic Initiatives utilizing core Governance components and controls
  • Highly experienced in Program/Project Management, Process Re-engineering, Organizational Change Management, Performance Measurement, and Customer Experience
  • Deep institutional and/or industry knowledge, business processes/workflows, products, and technologies
  • Ability to understand details and complexities with alignment to enterprise priorities and outcomes
  • Strong project delivery, business acumen, and change management capabilities
  • Understanding of the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive teams in the adoption and implementation of an evolving Strategic Enterprise Initiative Governance framework to achieve alignment across the bank and its strategy, providing transparency to senior leadership on initiative progress
  • Develop and tailor communications content and artifacts for various organizational levels on the Strategic Enterprise Initiative Portfolio of highly complex business initiatives, with high attention to detail and quality
  • Independently guide multi-disciplinary teams through large-scale complex transformational changes focused on Strategic Enterprise Initiatives or strategically important short-term engagements that deliver business outcomes
  • Ensure follow-up on all critical items and drive accountability through documentation, governance framework, and/or assessments
  • Build and leverage relationships across the organization to break down silos, stay connected to bank changes, encourage collaboration, and support an environment of information sharing to deliver outcomes
  • Share and leverage deep institutional and/or industry knowledge, business processes/workflows, products, and technologies to shape strategy and deliver desired outcomes
  • Lead work groups and individuals with different perspectives to develop and provide strategic recommendations, encourage innovation, and embrace a culture of transformational change
  • Provide execution certainty by setting pace, driving accountability, and working alongside senior leaders to drive decisions
  • Support Governance practices and business partners by influencing defined outcomes and key measures of success for Strategic transformation initiatives
  • Encourage a culture of challenging the status quo by pushing for innovation, continuous improvement, and recommending solutions for adoption across the organization
  • Mentor and coach Enterprise Transformation Portfolio and/or Delivery team members to take ownership of their development and career path
