Candidates should have 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education and experience, with a background in management consulting. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows, industry domain expertise in Technology and/or Telco, large program experience leading architecture and design, enterprise architecture experience, cloud application technology experience, and the ability to travel up to 80%.
The Senior Platform Architect will advise customers on establishing a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions to improve outcomes. Responsibilities include guiding customers and partners on instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health. The role involves working with customer executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams, translating goals into roadmaps, and developing architectural blueprints. Additionally, the architect will engage with enterprise architects to position ServiceNow as a digital transformation platform, manage technical governance and delivery operating models, ensure instance health, support sales efforts by scoping engagements, and contribute leading practices related to the ServiceNow platform.
