Candidates should possess 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education and experience, with a background in management consulting. Experience leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required. The role also demands creativity, comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment, success in resolving complex issues, large program leadership experience, enterprise architecture experience, cloud application technology experience, and industry domain expertise in Technology and/or Telco. ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows and the ability to travel up to 80% are also preferred.
The Senior Platform Architect will serve as a technical advisor, guiding customers in establishing a technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and designing solutions to improve outcomes. This involves ensuring customers adhere to leading practices for instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform technical health. The architect will collaborate with customer executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams, acting as a technical expert across multiple engagements. Responsibilities include translating business goals into a customer roadmap, developing architectural blueprints, positioning ServiceNow as a digital transformation platform standard, managing technical governance and delivery operating models, ensuring instance health by reducing technical debt, and supporting sales efforts through scoping and estimating engagements. The role also involves contributing to leading practices and maintaining relevant skills and certifications.
