Candidates should possess at least 8 years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education, with a background in management consulting. Experience leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows, industry domain expertise in Technology and/or Telco, large program experience leading architecture and design, enterprise architecture experience, and cloud application technology experience. The ability to travel up to 80% is also necessary.
The Senior Platform Architect will serve as a technical advisor, guiding customers in establishing a ServiceNow Platform technical foundation and designing solutions to improve outcomes. Responsibilities include ensuring customers adhere to leading practices for instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform technical health. The role involves working with customer executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams to guide successful solution delivery, develop customer roadmaps, and translate business requirements into architectural blueprints. Additionally, the architect will manage technical governance, engage with enterprise architects to position ServiceNow as a digital transformation platform, ensure instance health by reducing technical debt, support sales efforts by scoping engagements, and contribute leading practices related to the ServiceNow platform.
