The Senior Platform Architect will act as an expert across assigned contracts, providing architectural guidance, technical governance, and best practices for ServiceNow's larger accounts. They will build relationships with customer technical and business leaders, collaborate with GTM and Delivery teams, and help customers establish a strong technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform. Responsibilities include guiding teams on technical architecture for long-term success, working with customer stakeholders during solution implementation, and managing technical governance and delivery operating models. The role also involves supporting sales efforts by scoping engagements and contributing expertise on ServiceNow platform best practices.
