Requirements

5+ years in a digital Paid Media role, with at least 4+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience (Google & Bing required)
In-depth knowledge of Paid Search channels & strategy
Proven track record managing and scaling Paid Search campaigns internationally across multiple markets, currencies, and languages
Hands-on experience with campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment
Experience using Marketo
Outstanding professional references
Experience with high-volume SMB B2B marketing motions
Relentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and ability to have fun at work
Ability to problem solve autonomously and prioritize work based on a hypothesis driven approach centered around business value
Experience in B2B or B2C high growth tech company

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of Dandy’s Paid Search programs across Google and Bing
Build and manage campaigns across multiple countries and languages, tailoring strategy for local market nuances, budgets, and compliance considerations
Manage budgets and performance to monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets
Develop a robust testing roadmap for ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies, continually pushing performance forward through data-driven experiments
Collaborate with Campaign & Creative teams to steadily scale lead generation efficiently
Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to build enhanced reporting and improve channel analysis & optimization
Collaborate with the Website team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns across multiple markets, currencies, and languages
Develop and maintain a robust testing roadmap for ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies
Continually push performance forward through data-driven experiments
