Requirements

Candidates should have significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or People Partner, with a proven track record of strategic advising to leadership, including C-suite executives. Experience supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) teams is essential, along with a deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and offboarding. Familiarity with employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions such as Ontario, BC, UK, and India is required. Experience in organizational development, change management, and embedding Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) principles is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior People Partner will act as a strategic advisor to GTM leaders, guiding them through key employee lifecycle milestones and operationalizing People initiatives to drive GTM success. This role involves collaborating with Talent Experience and People Operations teams to enhance talent acquisition, development, and operational programs tailored for a revenue-driving team. Responsibilities include ensuring global compliance with employment legislation, developing scalable policies, leading complex employee relations matters and investigations, and supporting GTM organizational design and change management. The partner will also champion DEIB principles, work with leadership to elevate team engagement and performance, and immerse themselves in Loopio's business strategy to align People initiatives with GTM objectives.
