Responsibilities

  • Co-develop and maintain core messaging frameworks to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across communications
  • Build and implement communications plans around key organizational priorities, promotions, and changes
  • Maintain and enforce editorial guidelines, brand tone, and messaging frameworks
  • Manage and execute internal communications strategy to keep employees informed, connected, and resilient
  • Oversee day-to-day internal communications channels, including weekly employee newsletter, Intranet updates, and leader talking points
  • Partner with VP, Communications on executive communications
  • Drive strategy and execution of external content strategy, including whitepapers, insights articles, supporter emails, and webinar content
  • Produce high-quality, data-driven content showcasing Upstream's program and positioning as experts in health and contraceptive care
