Requirements

10-12 years of human resource leadership experience in a fast-growing environment (technology, services, media & entertainment)
Strong business acumen & strategic thinking ability
Resourceful with high energy level, result-orientated, self-starter

Excellent influencing and interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Partner with India leadership to understand business goals and workforce needs
Develop and execute people strategies that enable business growth and operational excellence
Drive cultural transformation, change management and organisational effectiveness initiatives
Support business heads in workforce planning, organisation design, and succession planning
Leverage HR analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
Build annual hiring plans aligned to business strategy and budget
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for hiring
Drive the full recruitment lifecycle — from job requisition to onboarding
Achieve agreed SLAs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
Drive performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews
Coach managers to build strong performance and feedback culture
Partner with L&D to close skill gaps
Facilitate talent reviews, capability assessments, and internal mobility
Act as an employee champion, running engagement forums, listening mechanisms, and recognition programs
Support change management initiatives for organisation-wide transformations
Support the implementation of HR projects such as compensation benchmarking, HRIS implementation, etc
