Master's degree in finance or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience
In-depth knowledge of Polish labor law (taxes, regulations, social security)
Knowledge of Excel
Polish and English at professional level (speaking and writing)
(Preferred) Previous payroll experience, with shared services experience as a bonus

Responsibilities

Collect, maintain, and consolidate payroll data with punctuality. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all records
Communicate with external payroll vendors to deliver and control payroll data. Ensure outputs meet company standards
Work with external payroll vendors to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services to employees
Perform and oversee payroll services, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to compliance standards
Prepare and verify necessary documentation, declarations, and reports for several authorities and institutions
Address and resolve internal clients' inquiries regarding payroll matters
Manage data integrity across multiple systems including WorkDay
Participate in daily collaboration with HR and Finance Departments to align payroll processes
Address and resolve issues related to outsourced payroll services
Keep track of deadlines and maintain payroll processes following work regulations, labor law, internal audit process, procedures
