Requirements

  • Master's degree in finance or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Polish labor law (taxes, regulations, social security)
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Polish and English at professional level (speaking and writing)
  • (Preferred) Previous payroll experience, with shared services experience as a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Collect, maintain, and consolidate payroll data with punctuality. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all records
  • Communicate with external payroll vendors to deliver and control payroll data. Ensure outputs meet company standards
  • Work with external payroll vendors to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services to employees
  • Perform and oversee payroll services, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to compliance standards
  • Prepare and verify necessary documentation, declarations, and reports for several authorities and institutions
  • Address and resolve internal clients' inquiries regarding payroll matters
  • Manage data integrity across multiple systems including WorkDay
  • Participate in daily collaboration with HR and Finance Departments to align payroll processes
  • Address and resolve issues related to outsourced payroll services
  • Keep track of deadlines and maintain payroll processes following work regulations, labor law, internal audit process, procedures
