Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a Billing Specialist or Billing Analyst in online payments, demonstrating a strong aptitude for numbers and transactional data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office software is required, along with a solid understanding of online payment funnels and flows. Basic knowledge of payment systems and services, along with strong communication skills for interacting with international partners, is also necessary. Experience with Tableau or SQL is considered a plus.
The Senior Payments Operations Specialist will monitor key billing performance indicators, including approval rates and transaction declines, and manage payment routing and cascading strategies.
