Responsibilities

Define and execute the Americas partnership strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on scalable, high-value collaborations in the payments ecosystem
Oversee market analysis to identify new opportunities and drive expansion into key regions in North America and Latin America
Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with leading payment providers. Build compelling business cases and lead high-level negotiations
Act as the senior liaison between partners and internal leadership, ensuring alignment on goals, expectations, and deliverables
Work closely with Product, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure successful partner onboarding, integration, and performance
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategy and maintain a competitive edge
Establish KPIs and regularly review partnership performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize value
Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with partners, ensuring mutual success and continuous improvement
