Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Americas partnership strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on scalable, high-value collaborations in the payments ecosystem
  • Oversee market analysis to identify new opportunities and drive expansion into key regions in North America and Latin America
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with leading payment providers. Build compelling business cases and lead high-level negotiations
  • Act as the senior liaison between partners and internal leadership, ensuring alignment on goals, expectations, and deliverables
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure successful partner onboarding, integration, and performance
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategy and maintain a competitive edge
  • Establish KPIs and regularly review partnership performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize value
  • Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with partners, ensuring mutual success and continuous improvement
