Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance management, business development, or consulting, with a focus on services partnerships, or proven product marketing experience bringing innovative technologies to market
  • Experience executing joint GTM strategies, partner marketing campaigns, and demand generation programs to build pipeline
  • Experience in BI or Data Migrations
  • Technical and business-benefit understanding of prevailing BI technologies
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams and external partners at all levels
  • A bias for action: proactive mindset with the ability to act decisively, take initiative, and move projects forward efficiently while bringing people along
  • Ability to think big and re-imagine how Snowflake can deliver value to customers in collaboration with the partner ecosystem
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions and engage internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, with a strong ability to create actionable marketing plans that align with business objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Act as the advisor, subject matter expert, and critical decision-maker in enhancing Data Engineering campaigns and reaching essential audiences by activating the partner ecosystem effectively (cross-functional leadership with high ownership)
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and innovative programs that position Snowflake’s Data Engineering offering through the partner ecosystem (strategic planning & execution)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, PR, social, sales, and alliances to build alignment around go-to-market plans for Data Engineering, ensuring seamless execution (collaboration & alignment)
  • Understand and advocate for how the ecosystem can best support Snowflake's Data Engineering goals
  • Plan and execute strategy for Data Engineering with a heavy hand
  • Shape, strategize, and execute on Snowflake’s major Data Engineering campaigns, focusing on exponentially increasing their visibility and success through and with partners
  • Follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data and abide by the data security plan
