A 4-year college degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, and the ideal candidate will be a highly organized and analytical professional who makes data-driven decisions. Experience building business relationships across various departments is also required.
As Senior Paid Search Manager, you will manage and closely monitor paid search programs on Google and Bing, analyze paid search metrics to regularly make optimizations and recommendations for improvement, allocate and optimize media budget to meet performance goals, manage and direct a paid search agency to maximize growth, develop paid search strategies aligned with marketing objectives, utilize data-driven methodology for effectiveness and efficiency, work closely with analytics, business operations, agencies, and intelligence partners to strengthen the paid search program, conduct keyword research, analyze ad copy, and partner with the SEO team for better reporting and SERP coverage.
