  • Skills in measurement, reporting, data pulling, analysis, insights, and optimization recommendations
  • Experience managing agency/vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration
  • Capability to manage campaign budgets, billing, and reconciliation for finance
  • Ability to submit requests for campaign creative assets to enhance UX and drive results
  • Strong communication skills for presenting campaign results monthly and as needed

Responsibilities

  • Assist Paid Media Specialist and Senior Manager in developing and executing full-funnel seasonal paid media campaigns to achieve marketing/business KPIs across channels like paid social, programmatic display/video, OTT/CTV, OOH, TV, etc
  • Assist with tactical planning: channel budget, audience targeting, creative messaging for managed campaigns
  • Lead measurement and reporting for managed campaigns: pull data, analyze, draw insights, communicate results monthly/as needed, and provide optimization recommendations
  • Partner closely and manage relationships with media agency partners to deliver on media plans and performance goals
  • Assist in managing campaign budget and billing to ensure spending aligns with plans and reconcile for finance
  • Submit requests for campaign creative assets designed to enhance user experience and drive results
  • Support paid media team with development and execution of campaigns
  • Work effectively with internal/external stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and report on seasonal campaigns, achieving KPIs
  • Translate integrated marketing plans into effective paid strategies and lead execution with teams
