Requirements

  • Between three to five years of experience in HR, especially in administrative, happiness, and office management
  • Versatile: able to enjoy both the rigor and focus needed to carry out administrative tasks

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks of the whole employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding (payroll, meal vouchers, onboarding, offboarding, absences)
  • Support managers and employees with administrative advice and ensure standards are met
  • Ensure office supplies, equipment, basic foods, and beverages are always available
  • Work with partners on office security and cleanliness to make it a great place to work
  • Lead the organization of team-building events (approximately 2 times per month)
  • Raise awareness about corporate culture by leading onboarding sessions or training managers
  • Supported by an HR intern in managing these tasks
  • Potential development toward Business Partnering roles (managing onboarding program, building internal learning academy, supporting employee growth via performance reviews)
