Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical experience. Strong experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining manufacturing operation data systems, including hardware and software, is essential. Familiarity with OSI PI Data Historian, AF, Analytics, Vision, SEEQ, and ZPI systems is required, along with experience managing software change management and asset monitoring servers like AssetCentre and MDT. Experience with Ignition and inspection system software databases (IQS, SeamMate, SQL DB) is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Operational Technology Systems Engineer will be responsible for developing and deploying operational data systems, including data historian, visualization, and reporting systems; managing software change management and asset monitoring servers; and working with manufacturing Line Control and HMI systems. They will also develop and manage system scope based on user requirements, prepare cost estimates and bid packages, design operational data systems, manage multiple vendors during project deployments, develop validation/commissioning strategies, and coordinate with internal and external resources to drive innovative technology Proof of Concepts and Industry 4.0 transformation.
