Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Market Access or related fields; Master's in economics or business administration (MBA is a plus)
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  • 8+ years experience as a Market Access leader or HEOR leader with deep knowledge in Oncology and Biosimilars at the local level
  • Deep understanding of the Health Care System and the reimbursement and listing processes at the local level
  • Powerful network

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement the Market access strategy for EPD’s existing and future portfolio
  • Lead the Institutional Business for Biosimilars, Oncology, and vaccination products in LATAM
  • Build and execute the listing strategy in the Institutional Private segment
  • Build and execute the reimbursement strategy in the public segment
  • Secure reimbursement for products through timely preparation of submissions, effective understanding of local processes, and networking with key stakeholders
  • Organize and implement accurate customer segmentation for LATAM countries
  • Work as the focal point of contact between the regional team and the affiliate
  • Lead pricing initiatives across the portfolio and define local price strategy for Biosimilars and Oncology Products
  • Accelerate Tender Management Excellence in the Country
  • Early engagement with relevant stakeholders for Biosimilars at C-suite level and at Government
  • Build or adapt Value Dossier at local level and develop or implement HEOR initiatives
  • Lead market access core functions related to Biosimilars and Oncology strategy including introduction in LATAM
  • Build and implement key initiatives to ensure key account management initiatives and accelerate biosimilar adoption
  • Help build Market Access capabilities across LATAM for future Launches
  • Manage within the Market Access sub-function to develop a strategy for building and maintaining market access inside the Geographic scope and country-level operation
  • Develop & implement the strategy for the High Specialty products including Vaccines, Oncologic molecules, and Biosimilars
  • Successfully include/list or reimburse dedicated portfolio
  • Improve at local level; Biosimilar and Oncology network adding value
