Requirements

2+ years of experience working in a professional office environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills via email, phone, and in person
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interface with all guests, employees, and executives
Competence in Microsoft Office and Google Applications

Responsibilities

Maintain balanced levels of food, beverage, and office supply inventory for all office floors
Perform daily cleaning duties in kitchens, conference rooms, and communal areas
Assist with internal event planning, including setup and teardown
Register and greet visitors, providing a positive first impression
Support office ticketing systems by answering requests in accordance with SLAs, evaluating, prioritizing, and assigning incoming requests
Stay aware of ongoing team activities, meetings, visitors, and deliveries to ensure smooth operations
Assist with facilities-related tasks as needed and support other departments with operations-related projects and events
Coordinate internal office events from initial request to final strike while tracking details and financials
Maintain relationships with external suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable service
