Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Industrial engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong engineering background with business and operations proficiency
  • 5+ years of proven experience in leading complex, highly technology-intensive projects (PCB – advantage)
  • Mastering as data analyst with BI knowledge - advantage
  • Sharp thinking, attention to details, and outstanding decision-making abilities
  • Independent and proactive approach – being able to own a task but also to deep dive into the relevant details surrounding it
  • Performs well in an intensive environment - Working hour flexibility (working with global parties)
  • Ability to manage schedule and meet deadlines
  • Multitasking, good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Proficient English – reading, writing, and speaking
  • Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Experience as buyer or vendor management (Advantage)
  • Vast experience with PCBs, suppliers, and global market
  • ERP system proficiency, preferably with SAP
  • Knowledge in BI & Agile
  • Experience with Anaplan or other capacity modeling/database software

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the mass production operational plan for PCBs
  • Drive supplier allocation, pricing, and sourcing based on the plan
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor capacity, track performance, and identify risks early
  • Define and maintain KPIs for operational transparency and improvement
