Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Telcom, or a related domain, and advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous. Candidates must have 8-10 years of experience as a Program Manager with expertise in handling Enterprise Network programs, along with a fair knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or Arista network devices, next-gen firewalls and security controls, SDWAN implementation, and network scripting/automation tools (Python, Ansible, REST APIs).

Responsibilities

This Senior Network Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex networking programs across global infrastructure, managing cross-functional teams comprising network engineers, security architects, automation developers, and operations staff. They will drive large-scale network transformations involving routing, switching, firewalls, software defined networking, and network automation, develop detailed program roadmaps and timelines, oversee vendor engagements, define and track KPIs, ensure compliance with security standards, identify and mitigate risks, facilitate stakeholder communication, implement quality assurance processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
