Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with TMK and EMKT to deeply analyze the medical market landscape, formulate expansion and investment strategies for different hospital levels, and continuously optimize and iterate market and sales strategies
  • Collaborate with CE to establish an automated sales operations data analysis system, monitor key metrics, provide data support for business decisions, and continuously optimize sales operations support
  • Collaborate with CE to establish a channel incentive evaluation system, formulate annual bonus incentive policies or special project bonus policies to enhance team motivation
  • Collaborate with TMK, Expert MKT, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, etc., to regularly integrate and analyze market changes, customer needs, and sales execution, providing real-time, dynamic feedback to improve efficiency across the full chain from customer needs, hospital sales, commercial supply, and supply chain production
  • Build and operate the digital center and public account
  • Increase doctors' interest and satisfaction with digital education, enhance product and disease awareness, update treatment concepts, and empower offline sales teams through online education
  • Establish a unified data analysis system to integrate data from all parties, enabling precise resource allocation and scientific decision-making
  • Establish common goals, clear benefit-sharing mechanisms, and efficient project management methods to improve sales team resource allocation and timely utilization, driving departments toward shared goals
  • Ensure alignment of channel expansion, online operations, doctor education, and sales support toward the same strategic goals (e.g., increasing market share in a specific disease area), forming synergy
  • Internalize medical compliance as instinct, understand marketing red lines clearly, and innovate within the compliance framework
