Responsibilities

Develop customer database with detailed records of hospitals/health centers/target organizations/healthcare professionals
Evaluate, classify, and identify precise target customers; prioritize potential territories
Establish and maintain close relationships with key accounts, ensuring company services meet their requirements
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory
Collect and report market intelligence to Supervisor and Marketing team
Utilize customer database to prepare weekly/monthly working plans, daily detailing calls, resource allocation plans, or direct-to-consumer marketing activities
Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
Ensure good execution of all Sales & Marketing programs in assigned territory; track and provide feedback
Implement effective daily sales calls and maintain records; address product complaints timely
Harmonize diversified activities (product presentation, consultation) across hospitals, health centers, kindergartens, food shops, supermarkets, and consumer organizations (e.g., patient/elderly/mother societies)
Stay well updated on product knowledge and healthcare scientific backgrounds
Manage company/department reports in a timely and correct manner
Ensure activities comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and local applicable laws
Carry out special work as assigned by Management
