Requirements

  • Experience in building relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), raising awareness among potential customers, and promoting purchases
  • Capability to handle internal product management, including pre-launch preparations, product change applications, and internal information dissemination on product supply
  • Proficiency in collaborating with various internal departments (Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Sales) to prepare product changes and new products for market release
  • Experience communicating with overseas manufacturers to confirm advance information and discuss future product deployments
  • Knowledge of quality management regulations and information protection procedures to ensure meticulous collaboration across departments while maximizing business impact
  • Ability to support clinical research related to Mako, including collaboration with Clinical Development Department and communication with researcher physicians from study start through tracking progress to announcement
  • Understanding of clinical research examples such as accuracy evaluation of artificial joints with Mako, alignment considerations, and patient satisfaction evaluations

Responsibilities

  • Promote products to domestic orthopedic surgeons through various events and customer visits, using domestic and overseas clinical examples from efficacy and safe use perspectives
  • Plan and operate events (seminars, web seminars, academic events, product demonstrations, overseas events, surgery observations) considering objectives, effectiveness maximization, and tracking for efficient execution
  • Build relationships with KOLs, enhance awareness among potential customers, and promote purchases through event planning and operations
  • Manage internal product-related tasks including pre-launch preparations, applications for product changes, and dissemination of internal information on product supply
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Sales) to prepare product changes and new products for market release
  • Communicate with overseas manufacturers to confirm advance information and discuss future product rollouts
  • Adhere to quality management and information protection procedures while coordinating with departments to maximize business impact
  • Support Mako-related clinical research by collaborating with Clinical Development, communicating with physician researchers, tracking from study start through progress and announcement to aid in demonstrating clinical efficacy
