Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for senior business leaders, driving strategic planning, thoughtful socialization, and performance analysis throughout the customer journey
  • Lead the development of market-level marketing strategies that align with PCO’s overall objectives and drive patient acquisition
  • Act as the marketing expert for PCO’s market leadership team and collaborate closely with Integrated Marketing to align annual marketing plans
  • Develop a deep understanding of market-level consumer insights, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics to drive innovative marketing strategies
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, develop strategic recommendations and pitch solutions to senior leadership—including projected financial modeling
  • Partner with the growth team to align business strategies with consumer intelligence, ensuring marketing efforts are data-driven and impactful
  • Drive strategic planning with key business partners at the market level
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding and translation of business goals into actionable marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the Integrated Marketing team to ensure campaigns align with business objectives, foster seamless communication, and drive measurable impact
