The Interview Delivery team is dedicated to scaling a seamless interview experience at Karat. As a core team, we play a critical role in driving business outcomes and shaping the future of technical recruiting by working closely with candidates, clients, Interview Engineers, and internal partners.

As a Senior Marketplace Analytics Manager, you will analyze marketplace dynamics, optimize supply-demand alignment, and provide the analytical foundation for operational decisions. You will drive data-driven insights within the Interview Delivery team, own critical marketplace analyses, surface actionable insights cross-functionally, and directly influence the efficient and cost-effective operation of our marketplace.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics or strategy roles, including experience in marketplaces, platforms, or complex service businesses.
  • Proven success leading data-driven strategy at scale.
  • Deep expertise in SQL and large-scale data analysis.
  • Fluency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong ability to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in marketplace dynamics, including supply-demand optimization, capacity planning, and cost strategy.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Native-level English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must reside in Mexico City.
  • Authorized to work in Mexico only.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketplace analytics, driving strategy around supply-demand dynamics, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Define and operationalize KPIs and dashboards for marketplace health visibility, enabling real-time and long-term decision-making.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Content, Finance, Product, and Growth teams to influence capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational initiatives.
  • Lead advanced analyses using SQL, BI tools, and forecasting models to surface actionable insights, identify inefficiencies, and inform growth strategies.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership, playing a key role in company-wide planning and prioritization.
  • Advocate for data literacy and foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
