Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years launching and managing integrated campaigns for an enterprise buying audience
  • Expert in leading cross-functional teams to develop campaign briefs, creative concepts, channel strategies, and assets
  • Track record of launching campaigns on time and delivering on pipeline goals
  • Broad experience executing campaigns across a variety of channels including ads, email, web, social, and events; expertise in at least one channel
  • Knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and best practices; seek innovative ideas and push for creative solutions
  • Ability to measure and optimize campaign performance; like to launch fast and iterate based on data
  • Self-starter who excels at prioritizing, moving fast, building relationships, and bringing stakeholders along in the process
  • Based out of San Francisco or New York office (office-first company, no remote-only)
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20%+

Responsibilities

  • Launch both large-scale integrated campaigns and smaller, one-off campaigns to drive brand awareness, sales pipeline, and revenue
  • Develop a cohesive campaign strategy that supports the entire customer funnel—from awareness to conversion to customer advocacy
  • Lead the strategy and execution of online and offline campaigns that support Adyen’s GTM motion and reach enterprise buyer audience
  • Set goals, define target audiences, and write briefs for campaigns
  • Collaborate with channel experts, demand marketers, event managers, content creators, product marketing, global brand, and design teams to develop campaign concepts that are both creative and drive results
  • Work with cross-functional teammates to facilitate the production of all assets needed to run successful digital and offline campaigns—including digital marketing, paid and owned media, content, creative, web, social, email, direct mail, ABM, and event assets
  • Analyze campaign results and develop campaign measurement systems
