Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a growth marketing or insights role. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools are essential, as is the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is also required.
As the Growth Insights Manager, you will analyze trends in campaign performance to provide actionable insights, develop overall campaign optimization strategies, and increase engagement, MQL generation, opportunity creation, and revenue generation. You will review data to understand campaign breakpoints and provide data-led insights for decision-making, manage research projects to create business plans, and use available tools to gather and analyze data to inform campaign optimization. Furthermore, you will work with data professionals to uncover opportunities in data, apply statistical modelling, and create action plans focused on optimization, while collaborating with marketing leadership teams and other departments to achieve growth goals.
