Requirements

2+ years of marketing experience preferred. Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Agility and flexibility to pivot projects quickly based on business needs. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and solve problems quickly. Self-starter who can get up to speed with little oversight, resourceful and flexible. Responds to changes quickly and thoughtfully. Exceptional written and verbal communication. Experience with marketing and project management tech stack preferred (e.g., CODA, Highspot, Marketo). Proficiency in GenAI tools required. College degree required.

Responsibilities

Create marketing campaigns across channels including email, web, and social. Support sales with initiatives such as creating sales enablement tools, identifying success stories and case studies, training, creating pitches, and providing product launch support. Manage legal, regulatory, and medical approval processes for external marketing materials. Report campaign KPIs, website analytics, and webinars, and direct the Marketing team toward opportunities based on available metrics. Lead marketing programs for key conferences. Provide operational support across the marketing team and the AI Apps business.
