Responsibilities

  • In close collaboration with our Central Analytics team, develop and execute a regional marketing analytics strategy to support data-driven decision-making and campaign effectiveness
  • Measure the performance of marketing initiatives across channels, providing real-time and comprehensive dashboards, insights, and performance reports to stakeholders in alignment with Central Analytics and reporting strategies
  • Leverage global frameworks to analyze pipeline performance tied to marketing efforts (demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), events, etc.)
  • In collaboration with the Central Analytics team, define lead forecasting, benchmarking, and KPI development to assess and optimize marketing ROI effectively
  • Utilize predictive analytics and market trends to provide actionable recommendations that scale
  • Manage the Marcom (OPEX) and MDF budgets to ensure efficient spend with a dedicated focus on the highest ROI and business generating activities
  • Partner closely with the global and regional marketing leadership teams to ensure operational alignment and scalable processes to streamline go-to-market efforts
  • Advocate for best practices in data collection, segmentation, and integration, ensuring GDPR compliance across all campaigns and channels in Europe
  • Act as a strategic partner to the B2B leadership team, advising on the impact of marketing investments and market trends with data-backed insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and local market teams to ensure marketing efforts align with regional business goals and revenue priorities
  • Stay informed on market trends to maintain competitiveness
