Requirements

Advanced proficiency (can train others) in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Project, etc.)
Must have or be completing in December 2025 a 4-year technical bachelor’s degree (e.g., Supply Chain, Mfg. Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering)
Physical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive operations, lift up to 35 lbs., and drive material handling equipment

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the processes, tooling, and equipment needed for logistics and packaging requirements
Engage actively with operations to ensure processes within SAP are within standard
Develop and validate process cycle times by conducting time studies
Troubleshoot day-to-day process issues, develop solutions, and monitor improvements
Respond to customer issues and lead process improvements to reduce cost
Estimate costs for equipment, materials, and installation as a basis for determining the feasibility of alternatives and return on investment
Collaborate and participate in multifunctional teams
Provide cross shift support as necessary to support production
Work with vendors to purchase needed equipment for process improvements or logistical changes, providing design information, reviewing and approving proposals, and serving as the primary company contact
Approve drawings, specify equipment, and write purchase requisitions
Supervise work of outside contractors
Create technical specifications and functional requirements for facilities related projects
Periodic reporting on standard operating measures
