Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • 2 or more years of related experience
  • Experience in continuous process improvement and applying Lean Manufacturing techniques (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all quality standards and requirements through the development, maintenance, and application of engineering principles and practices
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, GMP, and statistical methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Lead the transfer of new products, design changes, and line extensions to the production floor, ensuring smooth and compliant implementation
  • Identify, develop, and implement process, machining, and safety improvements across production lines to reduce scrap and increase efficiency
  • Perform failure analysis and drive solutions that improve medical device functionality, performance, and reliability
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures, standard work, and visual work instructions to support consistent quality and production performance
  • Provide technical support and training to team as needed
  • Manage and prioritize engineering projects and team resources to meet operational goals, coaching and developing engineers and technicians
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, Regulatory, R&D, and external partners to resolve issues and support compliant, cost-effective manufacturing
