Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean manufacturing principles, and quality control methodologies is required, along with experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will provide engineering support to the Manufacturing organization to facilitate efficient operations within the production area, optimize existing processes, and ensure that production goals are met. They will monitor equipment performance, correct equipment problems, and interface with Quality and Research and Development organizations to integrate new products or processes. This role involves initiating and completing technical activities for new or improved products and processes, conducting Process FMEAs and Process Validations, providing guidance to engineers and technicians, and improving product quality, labor efficiency, and throughput through the application of Lean manufacturing concepts.
