Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire marketing campaign lifecycle—from strategic planning and concept development, through execution, to post-campaign measurement and analysis
  • Provide comprehensive support to clients, ensuring seamless integration of strategy, implementation, and performance evaluation to drive sustainable business results
  • Respond rapidly and flexibly to client needs and market changes, ensuring efficient project management and execution
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, maintaining high standards of operational excellence
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional projects, working closely with teams across the organization to deliver integrated marketing solutions and address complex challenges
  • Adapt and implement global best practices to fit the unique needs of the Japanese market, leveraging Visa’s worldwide expertise while ensuring strategies and campaigns are locally relevant and effective
  • Interact closely with other marketing team members, including but not limited to Asia Pacific marketing teams
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract potential users/clients and retain existing ones
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for campaigns and promotions
