Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level customer integrations, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of the SaaS platform
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for senior customer stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and solutions aligning business goals with technical realities
  • Oversee solutioning activities leveraging APIs, BI tools, databases (SQL), and integration technologies to meet complex customer requirements
  • Act as a strategic bridge between business and technical teams, translating business objectives into clear, actionable solution architectures
  • Partner with Engineering leadership to ensure effective delivery using existing product capabilities, escalating novel or complex needs
  • Champion operational excellence by implementing process improvements, version control, and scalable delivery methodologies
  • Promote best practices for safe, sustainable technology use, including data query management, environment versioning, and quality assurance of client configurations
  • Work cross-functionally to improve triage and prioritization processes for technical requests, balancing responsiveness with strategic focus
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a technically fluent team capable of independent problem-solving and exploration of new tools/platforms
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and structured experimentation, modeling adaptability in ambiguous contexts
