Engage, develop, and passionately lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals
Develop innovative candidate sourcing strategies to produce sustainable talent pipelines
Be vested in the acquisition, development, and retention of a high-performing team
Oversee all facets (people, process, systems) associated with filling open positions
Monitor and adapt resource allocation and focus to efficiently meet highest priority staffing needs
Ensure team effectively executes the full cycle recruitment process
In partnership with business leaders, set talent acquisition strategy for the Company
Provide thought leadership on tactics, solutions, and processes for execution of strategy
Maintain knowledge on current and emerging trends in Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, and Recruiting
Manage the logistical aspects of the hiring process
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations
Participate in extended HR leadership team meetings
Build collaborative relationships with all parts of HR, Shared Services, and Operations
