Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
12+ years of experience leading Salesforce delivery teams, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Professional Service Automation (PSA)
Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Certina/Financial Force implementations and other Salesforce products, with a deep understanding of platform capabilities and architecture
Proven experience implementing advanced Salesforce functionalities, including Omni-channel support and Generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Ability to manage promotions, performance improvement plans, and compensation reviews
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and leveraging new technologies to continuously improve the Salesforce platform and its use within the organization

Responsibilities

Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team of developers, business system analysts, and quality engineers. Set performance goals, lead promotions and compensation discussions, and guide career development

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business leaders, to prioritize and manage the release of new features and system enhancements
