Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and developing teams
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering training

Responsibilities

  • Lead ADC’s Sales Training department
  • Lead and develop a team of National Sales Trainers to provide training and development for new hires, field sales representatives, key account managers, and sales management personnel to ensure development of skills and product knowledge necessary to achieve sales and margin goals
  • Provide strong project management to ensure successful and timely execution of multiple training priorities to meet the department’s goals
  • Collaborate with Marketing to translate strategy and sales direction into specific workshop deliverables for National and Regional Sales Trainings
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Regional Sales Managers to identify training needs
  • Partner with outside vendors to support Sales Training deliverables
  • Assess effectiveness of training programs via surveys, quizzes, and feedback from the field
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Training team, Medical Science Liaisons, select field representatives, and managers to design, develop, and deliver field training programs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and training best practices, including technologies such as A.I
  • Oversee ADC’s training programs for various Sales Teams within the US Commercial Organization, including training around Disease State, ADC and Competitive Products, Selling Skills, Sales Enablement Tools, and First Line Leaders
