Requirements

Previous experience working in the Financial Services Industry, Financial Operations, or Operational Risk preferred
Previous management experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven leadership skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
Build strong and inclusive working relationships, in-person and virtually, through collaboration with business partners and colleagues
Critical thinker who approaches work with an open mind and sense of creativity by challenging current practices and recommending improvements to mitigate risks and drive positive change
Willingness to learn FINRA licensing material and obtain Series 99 license

Responsibilities

Accountable for the timely delivery of monetary transactions for Fidelity clients
Develop a deep understanding of the relevant business processes, technologies, and risks driving solutions to continually improve the services
Provide management of day-to-day operations and staff, assuring adherence to prescribed levels of productivity, accuracy, service levels, compliance, and controls
Establishing and executing plans and setting clear goals that drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable delivery of quality, cost, and service delivery goals
Proactively identifying, prioritizing, and driving opportunities to improve the business
Setting direction by translating the broader organization's business plan and aligning resources to execute the plan
Attracting, developing, and retaining a high performing team
Driving results by creating a climate of respect, open collaboration, and teamwork
