  • 3 years of experience in a financial services client facing role
  • Series 7 and 63 required
  • 2+ years of leadership / management experience
  • Series 24 & 51 is preferred or required within the first 90 days

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of experienced phone sales professionals (Regional Investment Consultants - RICs) on the Intermediary Investments Sales Desk
  • Partner with an external wholesaler to lead a sales territory
  • Drive sales results across mutual fund, ETF, model, SMA and ALTs product lines
  • Ensure team's command of sales process, driving a sales pipeline, and portfolio construction to serve sophisticated intermediary client base
  • Connect capital market dynamics into product opportunities to serve clients and generate revenue
  • Develop polished sales professionals who achieve results through high activity metrics
  • Lead a competitive and high energy sales environment with accountability
  • Develop team members as a primary source of talent for hybrid sales, external sales, and relationship management roles
  • Impact individual associate development, career paths, and business results for Fidelity Institutional
  • Teach the value of collaboration, inclusivity, mentorship, and allyship
