Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (client delivery, core product, third-party partners, engineering) for seamless implementation and delivery of client outcomes
  • Act as a bridge between global product team and local market needs, ensuring communication and alignment
  • Drive product strategy and roadmap, ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in agile processes: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
  • Ensure development teams and partners understand and deliver on product requirements
  • Ensure readiness across functions (product, engineering, operations, go-to-market, customer support) and certify product prior to release
  • Ensure end-to-end local product functionality and quality control
  • Consult value proposition and go-to-market owners on platform capabilities and alignment
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to inform product development
  • Integrate voice of the customer into product development
  • Contribute to enhancement of core product offerings based on client insights and feedback
  • Proactively identify potential risks and solve problems
