Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in quantitative field (such as Engineering, CS, Economics) or MBA with quantitative focus
  • At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management focused on digital products
  • At least 5 years of experience in the management or mentorship of product managers or product teams
  • At least 5 years of experience driving measurable results related to digital platforms, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer adoption
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading enterprise SaaS or B2B website products at scale
  • Expert-level knowledge of the entire B2B Customer Lifecycle, including strategies for acquisition, retention, and advocacy
  • Deep understanding of CMS and martech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Contentful, Optimizely, Marketo)
  • Experience with SalesTech stacks (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with web performance, security, SEO, AI, and content governance best practices
  • Strong grasp of demand generation funnels, lead scoring, and user behavior analytics
  • Certification in an Agile framework (e.g. Scrum Product Owner)

Responsibilities

  • Shape the multi-year roadmap for the enterprise website
  • Prioritize major features based on strategic business goals
  • Own the overall Return on Investment (ROI) for the website as a digital product
  • Act as the voice of the external user
  • Manage a team dedicated to continuous improvement of website performance
  • Drive the development and optimization of future digital experiences
  • Champion a seamless digital experience that spans the entire customer lifecycle, from the buyer’s journey (lead generation) through to the customer journey (advocacy)
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Capital One Product Framework: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership
