Responsibilities

  • Envisioning, designing, and delivering solutions that improve software delivery teams' quality of life while maintaining quality and security standards
  • Defining and executing strategy to improve developer productivity, test automation, and delivery pipeline
  • Partnering with tech and design teams to deliver tools and strategies for how developers write, build, and test code, leveraging test automation in the DevOps pipeline
  • Driving adoption of development tools and automated testing, and providing quality measures for developed software
  • Championing developer needs by leveraging Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and industry best practices to establish developer experience vision and strategies
  • Defining features and collaborating with technical teams to ensure delivered capabilities meet business objectives
  • Engaging all stakeholders (Engineers, SDLC, Architecture, Risk, and Cyber) directly through various channels to serve as the voice of the customer
