They must demonstrate proficiency in data analytics, including reporting, interpretation, and the use of analytic software, along with proven project management and leadership skills with clinical teams. A strong understanding of value-based care models and experience with EHR systems and care management data analytics tools are also required.
The Senior Manager of Practice Operations will oversee and manage KPIs of operational team members across the population health clinic, create and implement data-driven staffing and resource plans in partnership with relevant teams, develop and oversee a multi-state clinical licensing strategy, manage caseload distribution across states, improve scheduling practices, establish and analyze key metrics to drive operational effectiveness, ensure effective use of health IT, lead clinic initiatives and program launches, and collaborate across Included Health to streamline administrative functions and enhance data-driven decision-making.
