Responsibilities

  • Build and lead cross-channel performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliates, and CTV
  • Set KPI frameworks for the full funnel (video completions, app downloads, subscriptions, purchase conversions, retention, ARPU)
  • Own forecasting, pacing, and delivering on KPIs with efficiency focus
  • Identify new performance channels, emerging platforms, and build test-and-learn frameworks
  • Manage seven-figure+ budgets to optimize CAC, ROAS, and ARPU
  • Lead Programmatic, Affiliate, SEO, and external agency teams for strong ROI
  • Build media roadmaps and campaign architectures using market intelligence, competitive insights, and consumer behavior
  • Oversee creative testing frameworks, analyze creatives/offers/audiences, and provide data-backed recommendations to Creative team
  • Partner with Product, Revenue, and Leadership to align on goals and prioritize investments
  • Report performance trends, insights, and opportunities regularly, including weekly check-ins
  • Provide funnel/flywheel insights to optimize conversion across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Own post-campaign analysis, channel attribution, and incrementality testing
