  • Proficiency in forecasting, pacing, KPI delivery, budgeting for optimal CAC, ROAS, and ARPU
  • Skills in leading external agency teams, building media roadmaps, campaign architectures, creative testing frameworks, and providing data-backed recommendations
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Creative, Data, Revenue, and Leadership teams
  • Capability to identify new performance channels, emerging platforms, and build test-and-learn frameworks
  • Experience in post-campaign analysis, channel attribution, and incrementality testing

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead Sezzle’s cross-channel performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliates, and CTV
  • Set KPI frameworks for the full funnel (video completions, app downloads, subscriptions, purchase conversions, retention, ARPU)
  • Own forecasting, pacing, and delivering on KPIs with a mindset toward efficiency
  • Identify new performance channels and emerging platforms, and build test-and-learn frameworks
  • Manage seven-figure+ budgets to drive optimal CAC, ROAS, and ARPU
  • Lead Programmatic, Affiliate, SEO, and external agency teams to deliver strong ROI
  • Build media roadmaps and campaign architectures based on market intelligence, competitive insights, and consumer behavior
  • Oversee creative testing frameworks analyzing performance of creatives, offers, and audiences; provide data-backed recommendations to the Creative team
  • Partner with Product, Revenue, and Leadership to align on business goals and prioritize marketing investments
  • Report performance trends, insights, and opportunities to colleagues on a regular cadence with weekly check-ins
  • Provide funnel/flywheel insights to help optimize conversion across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Own post-campaign analysis, channel attribution, and incrementality testing
