Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in HR, consulting, or M&A integration roles, preferably within a high-growth global tech or gaming company. Demonstrated experience leading people integration for multiple complex acquisitions, ideally across geographies and various deal structures, is required. Strong program management capabilities, a hands-on execution mindset, exceptional communication skills with executive presence, and working knowledge of Workday HCM, Google Suite, and Slack are essential. High integrity and discretion in managing confidential information are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, People Programs M&A will lead end-to-end people integration across the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, pre-close, Day 1, and post-close activities. They will serve as a strategic advisor to executive sponsors and cross-functional leads, translating deal objectives into actionable HR strategies covering org design, systems, talent, total rewards, benefits, and compliance. This role involves managing the cross-functional People M&A workstream, owning critical integration deliverables such as Day 1 readiness decks and executive updates, and partnering across People functions to unblock execution. The Senior Manager will also supervise one HR M&A team member, providing guidance on priorities and deliverables.
